How do I get a quote?

All quote requests will be directed to the Owner, any time of the day or night. All quotes will be answered quickly, so you won't have to wait for an answer.
How do I make a booking?
Once you've received and accepted the quotation, bookings can be done immediately to your earliest convenience on a day that would suit you.
What type of carpet cleaning do we provide?
We do not use the DRY CLEANING method, this is similar to a vacuum, all dirt might be sucked up, but mites are bacteria are not killed this way.
We use STEAM CLEANING method, which basically means that we use hot water to remove dirt, grim and stains.
Do we use chemicals?
Yes we do use chemicals. The product that we use to clean, removes the dirt and grim and removes those nasty stains.
The chemicals that we use is pet friendly, child friendly and eco-friendly, so our chemicals are completely safe. Our cleaning products does not contain ammonia, which is harmful.
Are all stains removed?
We can not guarantee that all stains will be removed. The type of stain is dependant on how long it has been there and the type of fiber the stain is on and the type of stain. For example, most blood stains are able to be removed, but we can't guarantee 100% removable.
Should you have a nasty stain, we do try to remove it by scrubbing it with a brush by hand. We will do what it takes to get the best result without causing damage.
Are all unpleasant odours removed?
In these circumstances where unpleasant odours such as urine smells, we will add a disinfectant and deodorizer to the mix which should neutralize most odours, but not guaranteed.
Should this be requested, please be advised that this will be an extra cost to you. This may differ, if stated in our running promotions.
Do we move the furniture?
Our team takes care of moving most of the furniture, like tables, chairs or beds, during the cleaning process. Furniture that does not have enough open space underneath to provide enough ventilation for the carpet to dry, will not be moved back. All other furniture can be moved back.
We do ask of you to remove all breakables or fragile items before we arrive. We do not move heavy items such as wall units, bookcases or items like pianos. We also don't touch any electrical connections like sound systems, TV's or computers.
Are our teams supervised?
Almost always, yes. Gwen takes ownership of this role to always be on site during the cleaning process.
The only time that this may not happen, which is rarely the case, is when she is running two or three teams at that time. Or in case of emergencies.
The team has been well trained to work without supervision, but the owner feels more comfortable been on site every time.
How long will carpets / upholstery / mattresses take to dry?
Our powerful machine removes most of the water which reduces the drying time. It usually takes up to 4 hours to completely dry. Factors that may change the outcome of the dry time, would be weather, humidity, air circulation in the room.
We normally ask to leave all windows in the room to be opened, and if you have fans available, that can also assist improving the drying time.
Do we clean delicate (Persian) rugs?
Yes, we definitely do.
We have experience and been trained to clean those expensive delicate Oriental / Asians rugs and ensure that your investment is well protected. Some rugs special attention which we are qualified to clean.
Do we repair carpets or rugs?
No, we do not repair carpets or rugs. But we will advise you where you can get this done.
Can my carpet's color be changed?
Certain carpets/rugs color can definitely be changed, but not all, depending of the fabric. Please ask the owner, should this be one of requirements. Carpet color pallets can be obtained, but we can't guarantee that the outcome of the color will be the same, due to specific dye colors have different outcome on different fibers.
Will my carpets look brand new after been washed?
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee this, but will definitely look a lot better after we have cleaned it. The factors that have an impact on outcome are as follows:
High traffic walk areas, have your carpets been maintained regularly, have you tried cleaning the carpets yourself without knowing which proper chemicals to use for different fabric types, deeply engrained dirt, soil, stains or spillages, the list goes on.
But we will try our best to have it look as good possible. Some carpets may need a second treatment due to the fact that they havn't been cleaned for a very long time.
What happens if my carpets get water damage (Floods / Geyser burst?
The quicker you contact us when this happens, the more likely we are able to save your carpets.
Carpets that have stayed wet too long, can create mold and have unpleasant odours. We will try to save the carpet by using disinfectants and deodorizeres. Although in severe cases, the carpet will smell for about 3 days. And smell will return if that carpet gets wet.
We do give invoices for you to claim back from your insurance company. If acted quickly, this will save you and the insurance company money by not having to replace the carpet completely.
What payment methods do we accept?
Once the job is completed, you have two payment options.
Cash is king, on arrangement.
EFT, which means same day immediate direct payment.
Some companies require an invoice, which will be sent to them and payment needs to be done immediately.
We currently do not accept CREDIT / DEBIT cards
